Vegan chocolate frosting recipe

1/2 cup cocoa
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate liquor
12 oz. dark chocolate
1 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
14 oz. maple syrup
10 oz. brown rice syrup

Heat over low heat and whisk carefully until smooth and uniform. The more patient you are, the better the frosting.

1 cup non-dairy milk combined with 3T 1/2t arrowroot powder

Add gradually. Continue to simmer. Again, patience is rewarded here! 🙂
